Food Coloring is a professional association that represents Black and Latino restaurateurs, chefs, food truckers, and producers worldwide, aiming to unite as many as possible to help them achieve their business goals.

Our mission is to be the national champion, specifically and exclusively, for Black and Latino owners in the food industry.
We aim to set the highest standard for service and proficiency in the restaurant industry. We will support our members by providing and promoting opportunities for superior professional development, networking, education, resources and exposure. Our goals are:

• To educate the restaurant industry, as well as city, state, and local government about issues important to and impacting Black and Latino owners in the industry.
• To support and promote the services, products, events, and opportunities offered by our members.
• To promote the highest level of professionalism in the restaurant industry for our members.
• To develop and provide industry-related benefits and resources to our members.
